I use NMM for modding Fallout 4 and The Witcher 3. the default mod directories, you wont be asked if you want to change them when you get. Nexus Mod Manager doesn't let me switch game modes. I just had to re-install Windows 7, so I had to reinstall all my games too! I installed version 0.71.0 and it re-scanned my games for me. When I tried to reinstall, versions 0.71.1, 0.71.2 and 0.71.3, all go directly to the game I had been playing, without running the game scan.
